Responsibilities

  • Support the People Operations team, providing operational support in accordance with internal service level agreements and KPIs.
  • Manage the HR Operations scope including employee lifecycle administration, contract management, confirmation/conversion and transfer of staff, retirement and re-employment.
  • Drive project initiatives, leveraging on technology to achieve optimum efficiency for the department.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the team, and enhance its competencies in handling daily operations and complex issues
  • Strive to improve the overall service quality of the team
  • Ensure work processes are in compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations
  • Design, review and implement improvements to work processes and system enhancements
  • Actively engage and collaborate with stakeholders of the organisation
  • Act as the key point of liaison for matters relating to service delivery and implementation

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team of HR professional
  • Prior experience in Prosoft will be an added advantage
  • Familiar with local employment regulations and/or Statutory requirements
