You will be responsible for providing end-user and desktop support, assisting with day-to-day IT operations, and ensuring smooth IT service delivery within the organization. Core Responsibilities

2.1
|
End User Support
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office and printing.
- Provides Tier I incident management and support and services using IT helpdesk tool.
- Provides IT training to end users and identify best approach as improvement process.

2.2
|
Desktop Support
- Troubleshoot, Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Perform basic maintenance, software updates, system deployments and hardware upgrade.
- Assist in asset tagging, IT hardware and software inventory tracking.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology only.
