We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates with a background in IT to join our team as IT Support Executive as entry level. You will be responsible for providing end-user and desktop support, assisting with day-to-day IT operations, and ensuring smooth IT service delivery within the organization. Core Responsibilities

2.1

End User Support

  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office and printing.
  • Provides Tier I incident management and support and services using IT helpdesk tool.
  • Provides IT training to end users and identify best approach as improvement process.

2.2

Desktop Support

  • Troubleshoot, Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Perform basic maintenance, software updates, system deployments and hardware upgrade.
  • Assist in asset tagging, IT hardware and software inventory tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology only.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
