Responsible for procurement procedures and process improvement activities. The activities included but not limited to updating and maintaining Procurement Procedures, Functional KPIs, Technology Enhancement, Procurement SharePoint, Spend Analysis, Source-To-Pay Process Improvement, Functional Training and Development, and Procurement Communications.
Analysis of Procurement Spend data | Analyzes Procurement Spend data for various projects to identify cost saving and avoidance opportunities. |
KPI Reporting and Monitoring | Develops Procurement Dashboard and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Procurement function; updates, monitors and communicates them to key stakeholders to drive improvement in performance. Leads the KPI improvement activities. |
Performance Evaluation consolidation | Responsible for Performance Evaluation consolidation activities to ensure all required activities are carried out and outcomes are consolidated |
Technology enhancement accross procurement related disciplines | Identify the Technology enhancement requirements for Procurement, Materials Control, Expediting and Logistics inorder to develop business case for the Technology enhancement and lead implementation. |
Support Supplier Payment Processes | Develop workflow for Source-To-Pay process. Work with Accounts Payable on Supplier Payment Performance issues and Blocked Invoices resolution. |
Development of Procurement Procedures as required | To ensure rocurement procedures are well designed and documented. |
Procurement Procedure Compliance | To ensure the consistency in the Procurement Procedure compliance across the company business and functions. |
Development and Delivery of Training Material | To ensure required Training Material and sessions are clear and support stakeholders in performance of the procedures. |
- Degree in engineering /IT business administration, procurement, operations or related field
- Minimum five years working experience in procurement and supply chain management, supplier quality systems, process improvements, spend data analysis.
- Procurement working knowledge and IT background/experience is an ideal combination for this role.
- Broad Professional knowledge and experience of principles and practices of purchasing, materials and logistics management.
- Working Knowledge on Procurement/Supply Chain ERP/Business Systems various modules.
- Must have a good understanding of procurement and supply chain workflow and processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power point), SAP and Documentum
- Demonstrates ability to interpret & apply relevant policies & procedures.
