Responsible for procurement procedures and process improvement activities. The activities included but not limited to updating and maintaining Procurement Procedures, Functional KPIs, Technology Enhancement, Procurement SharePoint, Spend Analysis, Source-To-Pay Process Improvement, Functional Training and Development, and Procurement Communications.

Key Accountabilities

Analysis of Procurement Spend dataAnalyzes Procurement Spend data for various projects to identify cost saving and avoidance opportunities.
KPI Reporting and MonitoringDevelops Procurement Dashboard and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Procurement function; updates, monitors and communicates them to key stakeholders to drive improvement in performance. Leads the KPI improvement activities.
Performance Evaluation consolidationResponsible for Performance Evaluation consolidation activities to ensure all required activities are carried out and outcomes are consolidated
Technology enhancement accross procurement related disciplinesIdentify the Technology enhancement requirements for Procurement, Materials Control, Expediting and Logistics inorder to develop business case for the Technology enhancement and lead implementation.
Support Supplier Payment ProcessesDevelop workflow for Source-To-Pay process. Work with Accounts Payable on Supplier Payment Performance issues and Blocked Invoices resolution.
Development of Procurement Procedures as requiredTo ensure rocurement procedures are well designed and documented.
Procurement Procedure ComplianceTo ensure the consistency in the Procurement Procedure compliance across the company business and functions.
Development and Delivery of Training MaterialTo ensure required Training Material and sessions are clear and support stakeholders in performance of the procedures.

Qualifications

- Degree in engineering /IT business administration, procurement, operations or related field
- Minimum five years working experience in procurement and supply chain management, supplier quality systems, process improvements, spend data analysis.

- Procurement working knowledge and IT background/experience is an ideal combination for this role.
- Broad Professional knowledge and experience of principles and practices of purchasing, materials and logistics management.
- Working Knowledge on Procurement/Supply Chain ERP/Business Systems various modules.
- Must have a good understanding of procurement and supply chain workflow and processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power point), SAP and Documentum
- Demonstrates ability to interpret & apply relevant policies & procedures.
