MODEC is currently seeking an Admin Manager for our office in Kuala Lumpur.
Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience out of which at least 3 years must be in the role of administrative manager in an MNC.
- Good knowledge in facilities management, corporate travel arrangement, rental car and housing for expatriates.
- Familiar with Company’s operation model, policies and procedures, organization structure and relationships among various departments.
Department Management | Oversee the Company’s administrative function by leading Admin department to complete different range of activities effectively and efficiently with proper records. |
Vendor Management | Oversee sourcing and price negotiation of landlord/service providers/vendors, review performance of these selected business partners periodically to ensure achievement of cost-effective service level. |
Office Management | Manage the renewal of office lease and organize relevant logistics and required resources during office move. |
Data Reporting & Analysis | Prepare management reports, provide input and analysis on concerns which require Company’s attention and recommend solutions. Develop, establish and review related policies & procedures to streamline processes and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the overall admin function. |
Budget Management | Plan and update departmental budget and expense variance to ensure no budget overrun. |
Staff Management | Cultivate positive team-working culture within the department and manage staff’s performance by giving guidance and coaching. |
