To assist head of Academy to decide on number of Engineers and budget for AE programme according to the business direction / needs
To assist head of Academy to design the programme and plan the whole programme with the help of business
To assist head of Academy to jointly develop the recruitment process and steps involved and execute the recruitment process with Talent Acquisition
To assist head of Academy to execute the whole programme according to design with the help of Academy team and business. This includes the evaluation of Associate Engineers and the feedback.
To assist head of Academy to develop the Competency for business and its critical positions
To assist head of Academy to develop / improve the capabilities of the workforce by tailor made training design in competencies (functional, cross-functional, managerial and leadership)
To assist head of Academy to work with business to develop R&D, new technology adoption and process improvement capabilities
To assist head of Academy to manage the entire team to bring out the best output including succession planning for the roles in the academy

Required Qualifications:

Degree / Diploma holders with at least 5 to 8 year's experience respectively
Familiarity with Engineering disciplines / activities.
