  • To assist head of Academy to decide on number of Engineers and budget for AE programme according to the business direction / needs
  • To assist head of Academy to design the programme and plan the whole programme with the help of business
  • To assist head of Academy to jointly develop the recruitment process and steps involved and execute the recruitment process with Talent Acquisition
  • To assist head of Academy to execute the whole programme according to design with the help of Academy team and business. This includes the evaluation of Associate Engineers and the feedback.
  • To assist head of Academy to develop the Competency for business and its critical positions
  • To assist head of Academy to develop / improve the capabilities of the workforce by tailor made training design in competencies (functional, cross-functional, managerial and leadership)
  • To assist head of Academy to work with business to develop R&D, new technology adoption and process improvement capabilities
  • To assist head of Academy to manage the entire team to bring out the best output including succession planning for the roles in the academy

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree / Diploma holders with at least 5 to 8 year's experience respectively
  • Familiarity with Engineering disciplines / activities.
