Responsibilities:
This role is to perform assigned project/proposal Quantity Surveying activities with administrative of Post-Subcontracts (Block-K) documents (e.g. Major Fabrication Subcontracts Agreement and Related Exhibits A-J of RFP (Request For Proposal) Package) with accountability.
Safe keeping project close out final documents in J-Drive or Share points as repository data.

  • Responsible for preparing and evaluating a job-specific Pricing Schedule Table of Exhibit E, Appendix 2 of RFP Package for budgeting and making a contract with subcontractor by collaborate with Engineering at proposal stage.
  • Responsible for carrying out Remeasurement Quantity verifications against to IFC -Drawings submitted by Subcontractor at job execution stage.
  • Change work management including miscellaneous works such as Reimbursable, custom clearance documents (Chinese/Portuguese, Others) verifications at Job execution stage.
  • Preparing monthly cost forecast based on WCR/MTO versus contractual values and latest remeasurement quantities at job execution stage.
  • Tracking SI / CR Log and estimating related cost impact and notify PMT, Project Snr. Lead QS at job execution stage.
  • Negotiation with subcontractor and assist Project Snr. Lead QS and PMT (especially Project Control Manager and Project Contract Manager) for final account close out at Job execution stage.
  • Material reconciliation against free issued quantities versus as built quantities at job execution stage

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering Degree, Engineering Diploma, Marine Degree / Diploma Graduates or Oil & Gas related Bachelor of Engineering Degree / Diploma is essential.

Experiences:
Minimum 5-8 of Experiences in Oil & Gas especially FPSO shipbuilding or Shipyard experiences. (Ref.7.3)

Certification(s): (Preferred but not required)
Microsoft Office / AutoCAD / Primavera Training Certificates
