Qualifications

Minimum certified Diploma in any discipline with great interest in HR
Any course or specialization on people analytics will be considered as a differential factor;
Experience with pre onboard process, proposal and contract negotiation
Experience with ATS system;
Experience with international recruitment;
Pragmatic understanding in Malaysia Oil & Gas Recruitment.
Experience recruiting technical vacancies and engineer roles;
Good English language proficiency


Recruitment process executionMonitor new recruitment requests for external hiring utilizing company tool(s) Conduct profile alignment with hiring managers and define with them the best recruitment strategy to meet demand by structuring a consistent recruitment and selection process
Recruitment process execution / Employer brandingPrepare job vacancy descriptions and job postings are made in an attractive manner with Employer Branding in mind, and in accordance to company's compliance and communications policies
Recruitment process execution (Comunication with stakeholders)Provide feedback to hiring managers, candidates and People Business Partner(s) on the progress of the selection process, and involving all stakeholders.
Recruitment process executionWhen necessary, apply technical and behavioral tests ensuring the adherence of new employees to the technical and behavioral needs required by the company.
Recruitment process control and managementKeep all process information updated in the recruitment system by monitoring and controlling the processes. Feed the recruitment system with CVs and information on the progress of processes to ensure data integrity
Continuous improvementDevelop and propose recruitment and selection process / control improvements by identifying best market practices. Conduct interviews, screen resumes, call for candidates and prepare salary proposals with the help of BP and Total Rewards.
Compliance - admissional documentsGuarantee the proper documentation and timely submission to People Services to ensure onboarding process is seamless
